Permitted use
AfterBooth is intended for legitimate photobooth and event workflows. You may upload content you are authorised to handle, apply crops and watermarks, create private galleries and export files for your clients and guests.
Prohibited content
You must not upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, malicious or deliberately privacy-invasive. Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery and material that facilitates exploitation are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Prohibited behaviour
- Attempting to access another customer's account, gallery, files or credentials.
- Testing, scanning, bypassing or disrupting security without written permission.
- Uploading malware, automated spam or files intended to exhaust or damage the service.
- Reselling account access, evading plan limits or using automated traffic outside the intended product workflow.
- Using event content for facial identification, biometric profiling, surveillance or decisions that significantly affect a person.
- Misrepresenting your identity, rights in content or relationship with AfterBooth.
Enforcement
We may remove content or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate a credible report, protect people or systems, comply with law or enforce these rules. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow the customer to respond. Serious illegal activity may be preserved and disclosed as required by law.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse to info@afterbooth.co.uk with the relevant gallery or account information. Do not resend harmful material unnecessarily.
