How does the automatic crop work?
You set the safe top, bottom and side boundaries using a full-image preview. AfterBooth applies that same clean framing to every original, giving the whole event a consistent finish without analysing faces.
Will it accidentally crop somebody out?
AfterBooth adds a safety margin around detected people. Photos that cannot be cropped confidently are flagged for review, and you can adjust any individual crop before exporting.
Can it handle 1,000 photos or more?
Yes. AfterBooth is designed for full events and supports up to 5,000 photos in one event. Uploads and processing continue as a batch, so you do not need to handle files one at a time.
What is included in the free version?
You can process one event of up to 25 photos without a card. Free exports include a visible repeated Afterbooth logo watermark across each image so you can test the complete workflow.
What do the paid plans include?
Monthly at £7.99 and annual at £59 include the same Unlimited features: unlimited events during your subscription, up to 5,000 originals per event, private event galleries, your own watermark, ZIP downloads and Google Drive delivery. Annual billing saves £36.88.
Can I share photos and audio in one gallery?
Yes. Event Galleries can bring finished photos, LumaBooth four-square strips and audio guestbook recordings together behind one private link. Guests can view, listen and download until the event expires.
Can I customise and protect a client gallery?
Yes. Add a cover image and welcome message, arrange the photo, booth-strip and audio sections, optionally require a six-digit PIN, and see gallery-view and download totals from the event dashboard.
Can guests download everything together?
Yes. When guest downloads are enabled, the gallery includes a Download everything button that securely builds one ZIP containing the finished photos, booth strips, other photos and audio recordings.
Can I use it on an iPad or iPhone?
Yes. The upload, crop review and delivery screens are designed for touch and work in modern Safari on iPad and iPhone, as well as desktop browsers.
How long are my event photos stored?
Event originals and processed images are automatically scheduled for deletion seven days after upload. Export your finished gallery before the displayed expiry time.
Can I add my own watermark?
Yes on the paid plan. Upload a transparent PNG, choose its position and opacity, and AfterBooth applies it consistently during export.
How do I deliver the finished photos?
Download the event as a ZIP or connect Google Drive and send the finished gallery to a Drive folder. You can then share it using your normal Drive permissions.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing inside your account and use the secure billing portal. Cancellation stops renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
